The Porcelain Gallery makes every effort to complete your order correctly. In the event that we make a mistake, we will try to do whatever is necessary to see that you are satisfied with your purchase.

In the event that something needs to be shipped back to us there must be a return authorization number, which can be obtained from the gallery. Items sent back without a return authorization will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.
